To be consistent brings up the feelings of steadiness, stability and equilibrium for me.
Have you started something like yoga, gym or eating healthy and then taken a short break. Wow, it’s quite tough getting back into it, right? Hence the saying ‘consistency is key’ ☺️
Take a coin, for example. If you roll it out on its side, it rolls beautifully, but once it stops, it falls over.
When you are on a roll, keep going, keep showing up!! If you slip up, don’t over analyze it, get up and start again. There is SO much to gain from consistency.
