Today is a good day to have a good day.

Today I stand in awe of my abundance. My abundance of love, community, family, truth, understanding, healing, health, connection, hope, gratitude, humility and grace.
My cup truly runneth over, and as I am washed by the spill of my cup, I drink in all of me and my world
I have taken time over this last month of celebration to reflect on where I have come from and what I have been through to understand and then receive the abundance. It is crucial to do so every now and then and say thank you, firstly to yourself, and then to the world around you. The good, the bad and the ugly come in waves of lessons, and as we receive them as lessons we learn to understand ourselves and everything around us better so that we are able to stand in the abundance, solid and with sure footing, filled with humility.
Thank you for being my abundance, for being a part of my cup.
