Finding Your Why.

Something I have been asking the closest people around me recently is “Do you know your why?”

Why do you wake up in the morning?
Why do you step into the ring of life and go another round?
Why do you do what you do? — Work, family, friends, behaviors?

My why is because I never want someone to feel alone. I never want someone to not know where to turn to…

I went through various phases in my life where I felt completely alone. I felt completely misunderstood. I felt completely rejected. I felt like I didn’t know where to turn to or who to turn to because there was always either judgment or they did not know what to do or what could be done themselves.

Having gone through sexual, physical, emotional and mental abuse for many years, I am able to completely relate to and guide someone on how to move forward.

Having gone through drug, alcohol, etc abuse for many years, I am able to relate to and guide someone on how to move forward.

And the list goes on and on…

But wow, I am SO grateful I went through ALL of this trauma because I am now able to completely be there for people who feel lost, alone, scared and want to just give up. What a gift I was given to be in the position of overcoming all of this and guide others who truly want to be free.

This is my why!!

So, no matter what I face each day, in ceremony space or sessions with people, I absolutely know my why and I embrace it all to continue each day shining brighter and brighter!!!

I encourage you to find your why, this will be your driving force forward…

In Love always,
