From my experience in my own life, and from my experience working with people, I can honestly say that these are temporary fixes to happiness.

True joy is found within! When you find peace within yourself, joy is found in smelling a flower, watching a sunset, spending quality time with those you love, etc. Each and every moment is a blessing!! Each and every moment holds the potential for joy.
