Integrity and alignment to Self

Integrity means the state of being whole and undivided. In other words, my entire being reverberates as one… What I think, say and do are all in alignment.

You know that person who says one thing and then does another? It is frustrating to witness, right? Don’t be that guy. When you say you are going to do something, do it.

When you are living in alignment with Self, there is no resistance to life, your thoughts are clear, you know what you want and where you are going, life is much simpler without the wars in your head.

If you can stand in absolute integrity, you are ten steps ahead. I encourage you to watch what you are saying today and if you are following through with what you’ve said and promised.
