All women are welcome here, no matter your background or where you are on your path.

Our circle is a safe haven for authentic expression, deep reflection, and collective healing. Through guided discussions and intentionally designed practices, we create moments of insight, renewal, and empowerment. Here, we honor each other’s journeys, celebrate growth, and lift one another up as a united community.

This is your invitation to breathe deeply, soften, and find strength in the power of sisterhood. Come as you are and allow yourself to be held in this sacred space of love, remembrance, and belonging.

Attending the women’s circle with my daughter was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, the space felt alive with a warm, peaceful energy that immediately put us at ease. My daughter, who is more of an introvert, usually feels a little out of place in new settings, but this environment here is so nurturing and accepting that she felt completely at home. It was beautiful to see her relax and open up in a way I’ve rarely witness.

The circle blended healing, joy, and deep connection, with meditation and activities that encouraged us to let go, share, and simply be ourselves. The facilitators held the space with so much love and wisdom, guiding us through moments of reflection and laughter, always reminding us to trust the flow of our hearts. The experience felt like a soulful dance, (and we danced) where the energy of the group supported each of us individually while bringing us together as one.

Both my daughters and I left feeling lighter, more connected—not just to each other, but to the earth, the moon, and the beautiful, healing energy that surrounds us all. It was a truly transformative experience, and I’m so grateful for this sacred circle. If you’re looking for a space that’s healing, fun, and full of love, this is it. Highly recommend for anyone, introvert or not, who wants to tap into their true essence.

I had the most incredible Woman’s Circle Session. Not knowing what I was in for, and the outcome was astonishing.

The knowledge I received that will soon be my wisdom and the LOVE, safety and openness was that of no other.

I attended my first Woman’s Circle event at OHC this past weekend and am so happy I did. I have attended many events and ceremonies over the past (almost) decade at Our Heart Centre and each time is a beautiful, healing, deeply meaningful and life-changing experience. Things we take for granted at times are conveyed with so much insight, love, gentleness and care. It just always ‘hit’s home’. I couldn’t help tearing up with deep gratitude (funny enough ‘Gratitude’ was the theme of the Woman’s Circle) that I get the opportunity to be a part of this incredible community. We all arrive as strangers, but within minutes, we feel like family. No airs, no graces, just authentic love and connectedness.
