We are created by sound.

Sound and vibration is the basis of creation. In ancient scriptures sound takes the centre stage as the catalyst for creation.
Even scientific evidence suggests that sound waves played a vital role in the inception of the universe itself.

Have you ever wondered why Shamans use Drums in Ceremony?
Why Healers make use of Tibetan and Crystal singing bowls?
What the purpose is of a Rain Stick?
Why the piano invokes certain emotional states?
Why Buddhists chant AUM?

Sound healing is when auditory and vibratory inputs are used to influence a person’s physiological and/or phycological state.
Different resonances or vibrations bring on different sensations and effects within us, each with the capacity to harmonize chaos.
Music has the ability to shift your vibrational state.

Through the course of this workshop we will take you on a journey of understanding the depths of sound and vibration, how it works and how different instruments serve different purposes. We will shed a light on how to use sound for your own healing.

Join us for a fun day of exploration and healing as we guide you to not only get in tune with Self, but with the world around you.

“My patients’ as well as my own experience with quartz crystal bowls strongly support the hypothesis that the overtones they produce have resonant and healing properties unlike anything we have encountered. The bowls emit tones that resonate with the human voice. The sounds permeate our systems, resonating with our essence, so that the inner chaos, conflict, and dissonance seem almost immediately to be transformed into harmony.
If we accept that sound is vibration and we know that vibration touches every part of our physical being, then we understand that sound is heard not only through our ears but through every cell in our bodies. One reason sound heals on a physical level is because it so deeply touches and transforms us on the emotional and spiritual planes. Sound can re-dress imbalances on every level of psychological functioning and can play a positive role in the treatment of virtually any medical disorder.
Sound enters the healing equation from several directions: It may alter cellular functions through energetic effects; It may entrain biological systems to function more homeostatically; it may calm the mind and therefore the body; or it may have emotional effects, which influence neurotransmitters and neuropeptides, which in turn help to regulate the immune system – the healer within.” – Dr. Mitchell L. Gaynor (The Healing Power of Sound – 1999)
