Stillness

To be still is to be free from turbulence or commotion. To be peaceful, tranquil or calm is what we all aim for in our busy lives. 

When you operate from a place of being still, your vibration into the world lands up having a ripple effect of peace and tranquility, which returns back to you tenfold.

To enter a place of stillness, take ten deep, conscious breaths, it will calm and centre you to that sweet spot inside which is yearning for stillness.
