If you Judge others, you have no time to LOVE them.

How do we stop judging others?

We begin by softening.

Judgment is often just a fear in disguise — a part of us that feels unsafe, unseen, or disconnected. When we judge, we’re trying to create distance from something that triggers us. But that very trigger can be our teacher.

Here’s what I’ve learned…

🌿 Pause and observe the thought. Don’t shame yourself for it. Ask gently, “What am I really feeling beneath this?”

🌿 Get curious, not critical. Every person carries a story you cannot see. What shaped them? What are they surviving?

🌿 Recognize the mirror. What we judge in others often lives quietly inside us, waiting to be loved.

🌿 Practice compassion. You don’t have to agree or approve, but you can release the need to condemn.

🌿 Use a heart mantra.
“I choose to see through the eyes of love, not fear.”

This is the path of radical self-responsibility. Of spiritual maturity. Of truly seeing through the lens of unity.

And remember, this is not about being perfect.
It’s about becoming more conscious, one sacred moment at a time.
