How willing are you to change? To grow, expand and learn?

It’s quite crazy how we resist change, even when it’s good for us and/or will make life better/easier… 🤷🏻‍♀️😆

I’ve been using this app called One note for a few years, however, it somehow deletes the last few words of what I write. So it gets frustrating when I make shopping lists or list discussions around upcoming meetings, etc. And those who know me know that I am continually taking notes. 😂 So I’ve gotten used to typing ‘ok’ or adding a whole lot of full stops after my notes, even though it still cuts out some of the words written. 🤦🏻‍♀️

I’ve been threatening to swop over to Evernote for months, Chloé Joy even loaded it for me a month ago… But to actually change, wow, what a mission. 🙈 I eventually did two days ago deciding it was the first of the month, and the first represents new beginnings and change. 😁

Oh my gosh, what a breeze using this new app. 😍 How easy it is and how amazing to not have to type in rubbish after to ensure the previous words don’t get lost. 🤣

I know this is a simple analogy and most people will shake their heads, but my point is that we are patterned people. We get comfortable with the way things are and the way we do things a ‘certain’ way that we don’t open ourselves up to new possibilities. We live in petterns of where we place our cutlery, cups, plates etc. Where we park our car. How we train at gym. How we drive to work. How we greet people. How we behave. What we believe, etc, etc. The only constant thing in life IS change, and the first step to change is to change our attitude and perspective about change.

My own personal life is constantly evolving, growing and expanding because, in the bigger scheme of things, I am constantly evolving and changing for the better. 😍👏🏽 But, noticing the small, finer detailed patterns now, I am so willing to stand in the refinery of life, for it is ALL for my own benefit and growth. So, I welcome the next change with open arms. 🤩
