Words have vibration, but energy has truth.

To reach that place, life will continuously call you into deeper integrity. Challenges, discomfort, and shadow work arise to test whether your vibration matches your message. These moments are not obstacles; they are invitations to expand your vessel, to embody the frequency you wish to share.

Before you speak of love, become love.
Before you teach peace, anchor peace within your nervous system.
Before you guide others into light, sit bravely with your own darkness.
