The Uni-Verse : One-Song… are you in harmony?

The Universe literally means “the One Song”, uni (one) and verse (song). It is a continual, beautiful symphony that plays endlessly, weaving everything together in perfect harmony. Every star, every tree, every drop of water, every heartbeat, is a note within this grand song of life.

When we are in tune with ourselves, we resonate with this cosmic melody. We feel the flow, synchronicities align, doors open, and life feels lighter and more graceful. But when we are out of tune within, we fall out of harmony with the One Song. We may feel stuck, blocked, or disconnected, as though the music of life is passing us by.

So when you feel like you are not flowing with the Universe, pause and check in with yourself. Ask:
🌱 Where am I out of tune with myself?
🌱 What is out of balance in my mind, body, or spirit?
🌱 Where am I resisting instead of allowing?

Remember, the Universe is never against you, the song is always playing. It’s about softening back into your own rhythm, finding balance, and allowing yourself to dance again with the melody of life.

The more you bring yourself back into harmony, the more the One Song will carry you with its beauty and grace.
