What do I believe in

People often ask me what I believe in. Do I believe in God. Am I spiritual. Am I religious. Do I follow a specific path. And my answer is always simple and always the same.

I believe in Oneness Consciousness.

I believe in a higher power, but not as something separate from me. I believe I am a part of that higher power, just as you are, just as all of us are. The way I understand it is this. Just like my finger is part of my entire body, I am part of the greater divine body of creation. My finger does not operate on its own. It does not have a separate identity. It is not disconnected. It works with the whole. It receives information from the whole. It is supported by the whole.

And if my finger experiences pain, it does not mean the finger is wrong or broken. It means something in the entire body needs attention. Something needs alignment. Something is asking for healing.

That is how I see humanity.
We are all one.
We are all connected.
We are all part of the same consciousness.
We are all cells in the same divine body.

We are not separate pieces. We are not isolated beings. We are expressions of the same Source, remembering ourselves through this human experience.

This is why I use the word re-member.
We are members of the body.
We are remembering who we are.

We are remembering our connection.
We are remembering our divinity.
We are remembering our role within the whole.

The more we remember, the more aligned we become.
The more aligned we become, the more harmony we experience.
The more harmony we embody, the more we uplift the entire collective.

Oneness is not a concept for me. It is a lived truth.
It is a knowing that every thought, every word, every action, every healing, every breath affects the whole. And when we live from that space, from that remembrance, life becomes clearer, softer, more meaningful, more connected.

We are not walking toward God.
We are walking back into the awareness that we have always been part of God.
Part of Source.
Part of the One.

And that is harmony.
